I joined the real estate industry in 2005 as a part-time agent and converted into full-time agent during the lehman brothers financial crisis period in 2009. Through hard work and determination, I worked my way up to become a Consistent Top Producer since 2010 and been promoted to Division Head in 2014 leading a team to success.
My belief is in providing a unique mentorship to individual as there is no one-size-fits-all strategy in teaching. Commended for my well-versed knowledge in the residential market, I'm both a mentor and advisor to my team.
Being actively in the industry, I know how challenging and exciting the work is. With the support of our sales system, framework and training for my agents, I've assisted numerous achieving their earning to a 5~6 figures per month!
